How to properly pour champagne

Traditional method

Champagne is produced by traditional method with a second fermentation on bottle. The minimum storage time in a bottle with yeast precipitation is 15 months. Vintage champagne requires at least 36 months of storage.

Careful pressing of the grapes

In principle, all the champagne produced is white, while most of the vineyards are consumed by blue grapes. To avoid the blue shells being crushed and colored the must, the grapes are harvested by hand and pressed very gently.
