An Irish spirit with a far-eastern character from The Shed distillery in Ireland, made with a signature botanical of Gunpowder green tea. From the Chinese province of Zejiang, Gunpowder tea is made by slowly drying green tea leaves before tightly rolling them into small, round pellets.
